Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost?

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Processing: 1 to 2 business days after you order.

Delivery: 7 to 15 business days after that.

So most orders arrive within 8 to 17 business days of being placed.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Give it up to 48 hours to start moving — a tracking number that shows nothing on day one is normal.

If you haven't received one, or it isn't working, just contact us and we'll fix it. You can also track any order at oculair.shop/apps/track123.

Unexpected delays

Sometimes a parcel takes longer than the times above. Carrier volumes, weather and holidays all play a part. If yours is taking too long, contact us and we'll chase it down for you.

Something arrived damaged, or tracking says delivered and it isn't there?

Email us within 7 days for damage (photos of the box and contents help), or within 14 days if it's missing. We'll make it right.
